Flexible Safety Switch

Position-monitoring safety guard switch designed to prevent machine operation when protective doors, covers, or safety gates are open. It operates using a flexible, multi-directional rubberized or spring-loaded actuator key that easily inserts into the switch body even when access doors suffer from sag, hinge wear, or spatial misalignment. Upon door opening, the flexible key disengages to force positive contact separation, instantly triggering a safety shutdown signal to interrupt dangerous machine movements and protect operators.
