Motor Capacitor

Electrical component designed to store energy and create an auxiliary phase shift in single-phase electric motors. It operates by introducing a phase displacement between the start and run windings, generating the necessary rotating magnetic field to initiate motor rotation (start capacitor) or optimize running torque and operating efficiency (run capacitor). This improves motor startup performance, reduces power consumption, and stabilizes current flow during continuous operation.
