Adjustable Key

Mechanical operation key designed for use with OMRON safety door interlock switches to secure machine guards and access panels. It operates using an adjustable mounting arm that allows fine tuning of the actuator key angle, accommodating misaligned or sagging safety doors. When the door closes, the key inserts into the switch body to close safety contacts; upon door opening, it pulls out to force positive contact separation, immediately halting hazardous machine operations.
